12/1/06 - Residential Structure Fire
Location: Wall Street - North Fayette Township
Details: 267 Chief first on scene with heavy smoke coming from the structure. 267 Chief established Command and requested an additional engine from 310 (McDonald) due to time of day. Engine 267-1 arrived on scene and advanced (1) 1 3/4" attack line through the front door. Attack Crews made a good knock down of fire in kitchen. 267 Crews began positive pressure ventilation. 215 (Oakdale) arrived on scene established a water supply and assisted with ventilation and overhaul. 310 (McDonald) arrived on scene and assisted with ventilation and overhaul. 209 (N. Fayette) arrived on scene and assisted with laddering and overhaul. Allegheny County Fire Marshal was called in to investigate.

Location: McKee Road, Oakdale Borough
Details: Dispatched to assist Station 215 with a Motor Vehicle Accident. Arrived to find 2 car head-on collision.

Location: Noblestown Road, Oakdale
Details: Dispatched to assist Station 215 with a Commercial Structure Fire at Boock's Bar. Heavy smoke and fire upon arrival.

6/25/06 - Mutual Aid Assist - Motor Vehicle Accident (Single Entrapment)
Location: Noblestown Road, North Fayette Township
Details: Passenger car with 1 occupant traveling on Noblestown Road, went off the road striking fire hydrant and flipping onto its roof. The driver was entrapped. 215 crews stabilized and performed extrication, while 267 stabilized and gained access and initiated patient care. Driver was uninjured and transported to OVGH by P.D. Station 209 dispatched to set up LZ then disregarded.

6/8/06 - Mutual Aid Assist - Residential Structure Fire
Location: Union Avenue Ext. - Oakdale Borough
Details: 215 first on scene with heavy smoke and flames coming from the roof of the residence. 215 and 209 initiated fire suppression, while 267 initiated the primary search. Truck 310 arrived on scene and performed roof operations. After the truck crew knocked down the fire located in the attic, fire crews extinguished the remaining fire and overhauled for extension Station 128 on scene for RIT. Allegheny County Fire Marshal notified. Cause determined to be electrical.

5/11/06 - Motor Vehicle Accident (Multiple Entrapment)
Location: Finks Run Road, North Fayette Township
Details: Passenger car with 3 occupants traveling on Finks Run Road, went off the road striking a utility pole. All 3 occupant were entrapped. 267 and 209 crews performed extrication to free patients, all patients were packaged for transport. Driver and back seat passenger transported to Mercy by ground. Front seat passenger flown to Trauma Center via Stat Medivac, Engine 209-1 set up LZ at Township Building.
