10/9/10 - Motor Vehicle Crash No
Entrapment
Location: Noblestown Road
Details: Station 267 was dispatched for a motor vehicle
crash involving one vehicle striking a guard rail and then a
hill side causing the vehicle to flip and come to rest on
the driver's side. The Driver was uninjuried. 267 and 215
crews proviced traffic control until the vehile removed from
the road by a local towing company.

9/28/10 - Motor Vehicle Crash With Entrapment
Location: Intersection of Mill Street and Noblestown Road
Details: Station 267 was dispatched for a motor vehicle
crash involving one vehicle striking and sheering a utility
pole. Of the two occupants in the vehicle, the passenger was
uninjuried and the driver was taken to a near-by hospital
for further evaluation. 267 crews assisted Northwest EMS
Medic 193 in the extrication of the driver and evaluated the
passenger of the vehicle for obvious injuries. 267 crews and
NFPD remained on-scene until Allegheny Power arrived and
evaluated the saftey of the sheered pole and the vehile
removed from the foilage by a local towing company.

4/23/10 - Residential Structure Fire With Entrapment - South
Fayette Township
Location: Locus Avenue
Details: Chief 269 on-scene reporting a working structure
fire with entrapment. Chief 269 requested a second alarm be
struck for RIT, on-scene air production, and additional
manpower. 269, 125 and 266 crews provided initial knock down
of heavy fire emanating from side "D" of the structure. This
knockdown stopped the fire advancing into the area where the
entrapped individual was last seen. 267 crews, immediately
upon arrival, were tasked with locating the entrapped
individual. 267 crews rapidly located and recovered this
entrapped individual. Of those tasked with the primary
search, two 267 crew members pulled a 1 3/4" handline with
CAVS and re-entered the "D" side of the structure to provide
assistance with the remainder of the heavy fire and the
beginning of overhaul. The two 267 crewmembers exited the
structure after their quarter service SCBA alarms engaged.
215, 266 ,268, 117 crews assisted with overhaul. Upon the
declaration of the fire being completely under control and
all overhaul finished, 267 crews assisted in cleanup
operations. After 267 returned their equipment to
serviceable operation, they cleared the scene.
